Publishing: Blurb

Another site similar to lulu.com is blurb.com. They have less choice in terms of binding and size of the book but its another option that I've looked at. Here are the sizes they produce and how much they cost depending on how many pages there are:

Blurb seem to be quite reputable but despite the problems some people have had with Lulu I think I will still use them to publish my book. This is simply because I know that people have used them before and reported back that their books have been produced to a high quality finish. They also have more sizes and have the choice between binding, paperback and hardback.
